no it will not install windows
a recovery disk instructs windows to rewrite itself and install drivers thats all it does not install windows itself
The drivers good luck.
The recovery disc press key and follow the instructions for clean install you will need to cd rom and set the first boot device to cd rom and follow the pc it gives you the instructions for clean.
